Work out in high-heels with Fashion One's Kick Up Your Heels

New York, April 16, 2013 – Put on your stilettos and get ready to get physical! Fashion One brings you a new sexy and fun workout trend: working out in high-heels. "Kick Up You Heels" is a three set, six episode workout series that features the fitness trend. You can now secretly indulge yourself in the privacy of your own home by throwing on your heels and getting a high-intensity work out.

The "Kick Up Your Heels" series include street dance, a zumba-esque workout, and even kickboxing! With our experienced instructors, you can kick, twist and twirl your way to better calf muscles, balance and the increased confidence that comes with this high-heeled workout. Each episode will contain a choreographed routine, and will give step-by-step instruction on how to do these heart-pumping, stylized workouts.

"With April being the Health Awareness month, we would like to encourage our viewers to keep healthy and fit through exercise. As a global, fashion-forward channel, Fashion One will continue bringing engaging and captivating programmes that are unique in the market," remarked Ashley Jordan, CEO of Fashion One LLC.

"It's fun, it's different, and it's challenging," explains kickboxing instructor and fitness model, Taylor Beck. "Quality over quantity. It's more important to do the workouts right than how many reps you get done."

Kick-up Your Heels will air on April 24 2013 and will be shown every Wednesday at 9:00am & 9:00pm (UK and South Africa) and 10:00am & 10:30pm (GMT+8 for Asia / GMT+2 for Europe and Africa) for the rest of the world, exclusively on Fashion One LLC. Check your cable operators for your local TV channel listing.
